Program description: By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our web form, you agree to receive text messages from ProfitKept related to your meeting or consultation, including meeting reminders, appointment confirmations, rescheduling notices, and follow-up messages after a meeting.
b. Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may still request a meeting without agreeing to text messages.
c. Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your meeting activity.
d. Costs: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. ProfitKept does not charge for text messages.
e. Opt-out: You can cancel the text messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

g. Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
h. Supported carriers: Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
