Ask your questions shamelessly.
That is the one rule we have. No judgment, no condescension, no "you should have known this already." Just real answers about your business's finances from people who actually understand finance.

Potential New Clients Only, Please
This is a 30 minute call. No hard pitch. We will ask about your business, listen to what is going on, and tell you honestly whether and how we can help. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you that too.
Still deciding?
See how Chelsea talks about the mistakes that quietly cost firms the most, then decide.
What actually happens when you book
A lot of people sit on this page for a while before booking. We get it. Reaching out about your finances takes more courage than it probably should - especially when you are a high-achieving owner who feels like they should have this figured out by now.
Here is what you can expect:
Someone from our team picks up your intake. We will ask a few questions about your business - size, revenue range, what is going on with your books, and what brought you to us.
Then we get into specifics and talk about what working together could look like.
If we are not the right fit for where you are right now, we will say so directly and point you toward something that is.
No pressure. No bait-and-switch. No invoice for the call.
This call is a good fit if...
-
Your business is generating revenue but you cannot explain where it goes
-
Your books are behind, messy, or you do not fully trust the reports you are getting
-
If you're a law firm: you have a trust account and you are not certain it would pass a bar audit
-
You want to understand your numbers, not just hand them off and hope for the best
-
You are making decisions about hiring, pricing, or growth and wish you had a financial partner in those conversations
-
You know something is off but you do not know where to start
If that is you, this is the right call. You will leave knowing exactly where your business stands and what the most important thing to address first is.
A quick note on who we work with
We work with two kinds of clients: law firms and small to medium businesses. Not everything in between. That specificity is intentional.
Trust accounting, IOLTA compliance, and the financial patterns of a legal practice are different enough from general business finance that we treat them as their own specialty. General business finance has its own patterns too, distinct enough that we don't force one framework onto both.
Whichever one you are, we look for owners who want to understand their finances, not just delegate them. Clients who ask questions. Clients who show up for the work.
If you want to hand everything off and never think about it again, we are probably not the right fit. If you want to become someone who actually understands their own financial picture, and has a team making sure it stays clean and forward-looking, that is exactly what we do.
